Canada Immigration

Business Immigration

Canada's business immigration programs aim to entice foreign investors, entrepreneurs, and self-employed individuals with significant business acumen, entrepreneurial expertise, and venture capital to immigrate to Canada.

Provincial Business and Entrepreneur Programs
The Provincial Business and Entrepreneur Programs are streams within the Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) that allow Canadian provinces and territories to select potential economic immigrants who possess the skills and experience needed to contribute to their economy. These programs are designed to attract dynamic and creative entrepreneurs who can help boost the economic growth of the region. Each province and territory has its own set of selection criteria to nominate individuals for immigration.

Self-Employed Persons Program
The Self-Employed Persons Program provides a pathway for individuals who have relevant experience in cultural activities or athletics and wish to settle in Canada as self-employed individuals. This program is specifically designed for professional athletes or artisans who plan to establish themselves as self-employed persons in one of Canada's provinces or territories. Successful applicants are granted a business immigrant visa for themselves and their immediate family.
